Returns

However, it could take somewhere between 5 to 10 days after the order status changes to "Waiting for Customer Approval" in our Order Management Platform. The precise revision period depends on the package you choose.

You will be able to request revisions, once the order is marked as "Waiting for Customer Approval" At this point, you can contact your Project Manager by email to request changes, ensuring that the original requirements are met. You can also make personal changes to the content before publishing. You retain all the rights to this document as it is in Word format, at the time of delivery.

Refunds at bookpublishingcanada.ca work on a case-by-case basis. We work to address your needs effectively. Moreover, our team will collaborate with you to resolve any issues to the best of our ability. Refund conditions may include, but are not limited to, the following clauses.

Refund Ineligibility
  • Minor Errors or Technicalities: We do not issue refunds for delays or issues caused by minor errors or technical problems, such as grammatical mistakes, typing errors, word count issues, or the addition of references.
  • Client-Related Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the client, and no refunds are applicable in these cases.
  • Low Word Count: We do not accept refunds solely because of a low word count.
  • Lack of Concern Submission: We will not accept any refunds if the client has not raised any concerns about the delivered work.
  • Additional Requirements or Excessive Demands: If delays happen because the client adds new requirements or makes excessive demands that were not mentioned when the client placed the order, we will not accept refunds.
  • Exclusion of Tips: Any tips given to our writers or team members are never refundable.
Change of Mind

If the client wants to request a refund before our writers and editors start the project, they can do so within one business day of placing the order. However, the request is obligatory to be in writing via email.

On the contrary, refund claims made after work has started are not welcome if the client has used at least three revisions. In such cases, a partial refund is the only way out for fair compensation to our internal teams.

Late Delivery

At bookpublishingcanada.ca, we guarantee prompt deliveries. However, if a project faces delays due to unforeseen reasons and the client has attempted to contact our service at least three times, a 50% refund is pertinent. Although, the client has to have credible evidence to prove that the delay was our fault.

  • Client-Related Delays: We will not provide refunds for late deliveries if the delay is because of the client.
  • Mutual Agreement: All refund cases will be resolved through mutual agreement between the client and bookpublishingcanada.ca.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds or future discounts can come as compensation.
Inadequate Delivery

We are committed to providing high-quality work that meets client goals. We encourage clients to give feedback, and we will assign, reassign, and rewrite the work to ensure satisfaction. A refund request is acceptable only if the client has requested at least three revisions in writing and has communicated their concerns to our support or project management team on at least three occasions within two weeks.

During pre-sales or post-sales stages, all communication, progress updates, and delivery matters are managed through our project management online tool, official email, or by calling the assigned numbers. Be cautious of calls or emails from unknown numbers or addresses claiming to be associated with our company. bookpublishingcanada.ca will not be responsible for any deception or fraudulent activities from such sources.
